How To Cope With Stress

We all stress a little sometimes and i can be about anything like school or family. It’s normal to stress but sometimes we stress too much which isn’t good for you. Here some tips to cope with your stress and take a break from it:
1. Make lists
When you’ve got lots of stuff to do it’s best to write it all down. It’s more clear for yourself what to do and you don’t need to worry about forgetting something. Cross out the things you’ve finished.
2. Accept mistakes
Everyone makes mistakes and that’s okay. Learn to accept the mistakes you’ve made and try to move on. Some of us are real perfectionists which is just really bad for yourself. Stop trying to do everything mistake-free, let go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embrace who you are.
3. Create your own space
This tip is more for study stress. It’s important to have a place where you can find your peach and quite when you need to study or do your homework. Clean up your room, light up some candles, put your headphones on (listen to a calming playlist) and get in the zone.
4. Ask for help
Sometimes we have so much to do, we don’t know how we’re ever going to get everything done. It’s okay to ask someone like your friend or parent for some help. I’m sure there’s always someone who you can count on (and they on you of course).
5. Rest
Take some rest. You need and deserve it sometimes. You can also go for a run or try yoga because exercising produces the happiness hormone which is good for the down-feeling you get of all that stress. Just forget everything for a while.
